Scripture Reading:
“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31
️ MEDITATION:
Physical preparation requires more than rest; it requires healthy habits and wise stewardship. God calls us to take care of the body He has given us.
What we eat, how we move, and how we manage energy all affect our ability to serve and fulfill destiny.
Healthy habits are a form of worship. Discipline in diet, exercise, and lifestyle protects against disease, strengthens endurance, and equips the believer for service.
Stewardship means being intentional—planning, protecting, and investing in your physical well-being.
A well-managed body ensures that you remain effective, alert, and productive in God’s work.
 KEY TRUTHS ABOUT HEALTHY HABITS

2. Discipline Is Key to Sustainability: Consistency preserves life and strength.
Supporting Scripture:
“But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection.” 1 Corinthians 9:27
3. God Honors Stewardship: Managing your body glorifies Him.
