Prosperity by Studying.

Scripture Reading:
Joshua 1:8 — “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”

🔹 Devotional Thought

Prosperity does not fall on believers by miracles alone, it also comes by studying, learning, and growing in knowledge.

There are three things every prosperous believer must study:

1. The Word of God — for divine patterns.
2. Books and materials — for personal development.
3. Your assignment and field — for competence and excellence.

You cannot rise above the level of your knowledge. Ignorance is expensive; knowledge is an investment.

The Bible shows us that studying is a Kingdom pathway to prosperity:

Daniel became ten times better through knowledge. Paul said, “Give attendance to reading.” Jesus Himself studied the scrolls.
Studying enlarges your mind, sharpens your decisions, and gives you an advantage in life and destiny.

Prosperity flows easily when you are trained, informed, and spiritually enlightened.

🔹 Three Ways Studying Produces Prosperity

1. Studying the Word Gives Divine Direction: The Word shows you what to do, what to avoid, and how to walk with God.
   Psalms 119:105 — “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet…”
2. Studying Builds Capacity and Skill: Skills attracts opportunities — opportunities attract prosperity. Proverbs 22:29 — “Seest thou a man diligent in his business?…”
3. Studying Opens You to Wisdom and Strategy: Good understanding brings favour and advantage. Proverbs 13:15

🔹 Benefits of Prosperity by Studying:

1. You gain knowledge that positions you for increase.
2. You become excellent in your work.
3. You avoid costly mistakes.
4. Your mind becomes a channel for divine ideas.
5. You attract favour because competence is magnetic.

🔹 Consequences of Neglecting Study

1. Stagnation — because growth requires knowledge.
2. Repeated financial struggles due to ignorance.
3. Missed opportunities.
4. Limitation in your assignment and potential.

🔹 Declaration of Faith

I study the Word, I grow in light,
My mind is sharp, my future bright.
Knowledge lifts me day by day,
Wisdom guides me all the way.
No room for lack, no fear inside,
With truth and skill I always rise.
Prosperity flows as I learn and see —
God’s blessing grows inside of me!

🔹 Prayer

Father, Open my understanding as I study.
Give me hunger for knowledge, both spiritual and practical. Let every book, lesson, and scripture build me into greatness. Cause my mind to produce ideas that prosper my life and destiny.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

I decree:
Fresh hunger for the Word comes upon you.
Your mind becomes a well of divine insight.
You will study and rise.
You will learn and prosper.
Knowledge will open doors for you.
You will not walk in ignorance again.
Your prosperity will multiply by revelation!
