��️ MEDITATION

Some battles do not yield to casual prayers.

Spiritual strongholds are deeply rooted patterns of resistance — habits, cycles, mindsets, or spiritual opposition that hinder progress. Fasting and prayer bring spiritual force against these barriers.

When the flesh is subdued through fasting, the spirit becomes strengthened to engage in warfare. Prayer then becomes focused, authoritative, and effective.

Fasting and prayer expose hidden chains and empower the believer to pull them down. What resisted you before begins to lose its grip.

Strongholds fall when spiritual authority rises.
