️ MEDITATION
One of the higher mysteries of fasting and prayer is revelation.
There are truths in God that are not discovered through study alone but are unveiled in seasons of separation and seeking.
Fasting quiets distractions, while prayer sharpens spiritual perception.
When the flesh is subdued, the spirit becomes sensitive. God then reveals insight, direction, and understanding that cannot be accessed by casual devotion.
Fasting does not make God speak; it positions the believer to hear clearly. Revelation brings clarity, and clarity brings confidence.
KEY TRUTHS ABOUT REVELATION THROUGH FASTING AND PRAYER.
1. God Reveals Secrets to Those Who Seek Him: Revelation responds to hunger.
Supporting Scripture:
“The secret of the LORD is with them that fear Him.” — Psalm 25:14
2. Fasting Removes Spiritual Distractions: Silence creates clarity.
Supporting Scripture:
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
3. Revelation Brings Direction and Accuracy: Insight prevents confusion.
Supporting Scripture:
“In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” — Proverbs 3:6
