️ MEDITATION
In a world filled with noise, deception, and spiritual mixture, discernment is no longer optional — it is essential.
Fasting and prayer sharpen the believer’s ability to distinguish between truth and error, flesh and spirit, God’s voice and competing voices. Many spiritual errors are not caused by rebellion but by lack of discernment.
When the flesh is subdued, the spirit becomes alert. Prayer then trains the inner man to sense what aligns with God and what does not. Discernment protects destiny and prevents costly mistakes.
Through fasting and prayer, spiritual perception is refined.
 KEY TRUTHS ABOUT DISCERNMENT.
1. Discernment Is a Spiritual Gift That Can Be Developed: Growth increases accuracy.
Supporting Scripture:
“Strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age…” — Hebrews 5:14
2. Fasting Sharpens the Inner Man: Sensitivity increases when the flesh is quieted.
Supporting Scripture:
“Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” — Galatians 5:16
3. Discernment Preserves Spiritual Safety: It guards against deception.
Supporting Scripture:
“Beloved, believe not every spirit…” — 1 John 4:1
