Fasting weakens the flesh, exposing hidden strongholds. Prayer engages heaven’s power to demolish them. When combined, fasting and prayer create a force capable of dismantling deeply rooted opposition.

The mystery is that some obstacles yield only when the believer is spiritually intensified—through focused prayer, sustained fasting, and unwavering faith. This is how long-standing limitations are shattered, and freedom is restored.
