Fasting and prayer are not just personal exercises—they are spiritual weapons.

Every believer has authority in Christ, but that authority is activated through discipline and focused communion with God.

Fasting strengthens the spirit, prayer aligns the heart, and together they release the believer’s power to bind the enemy, demolish strongholds, and walk in dominion.

Spiritual authority is maintained when the believer consistently fasts, prays, and walks in obedience. Those who neglect this discipline often experience limited breakthrough despite being positioned in Christ.
