Rest is not weakness; it is wisdom. God designed the body to function with rhythms of work and rest.
Ignoring rest leads to burnout, frustration, and diminished effectiveness.
Jesus modeled balance. Despite heavy ministry demands, He withdrew to rest and pray.
Physical preparation includes learning when to stop, restore strength, and maintain balance.
Rest renews energy, sharpens focus, and preserves health. A rested body supports a clear mind and a responsive spirit. Balance ensures longevity in purpose.
