️ MEDITATION
Destiny is a gift from God, but it is also a journey that must be defended. Throughout Scripture, we discover that whenever God reveals a great destiny, opposition often arises against it.
The enemy understands the impact of a fulfilled destiny. Therefore, he seeks to discourage, distract, delay, or destroy God’s purpose in a person’s life. However, God has given believers spiritual weapons to overcome every attack.
Consider Nehemiah. When he began rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem, opposition came immediately. Critics mocked him, enemies threatened him, and distractions surrounded him. Yet he remained focused on his assignment.
 Scripture Guidance:
“I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down.” — Nehemiah 6:3
Think about David. Before becoming king, he fought lions, bears, Goliath, and years of persecution. Every battle was preparing him for his destiny.
 Scripture Guidance:
“The Lord that delivered me out of the paw of the lion… he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine.” — 1 Samuel 17:37
Also, Paul the Apostle faced imprisonment, persecution, shipwrecks, and opposition, yet he refused to abandon his divine assignment.
 Scripture Guidance:
“None of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself.” — Acts 20:24
This is the mystery: every great destiny attracts great resistance, but every God-given destiny also carries God-given grace.
The battle is not won through fear, anger, or human strength. It is won through faith, prayer, obedience, perseverance, and unwavering trust in God.
Do not allow distractions to steal your focus. Do not allow discouragement to weaken your faith. Do not allow temporary battles to make you abandon an eternal purpose.
