🕊️ MEDITATION
There comes a moment in God’s plan when preparation ends and fulfillment begins. The Bible calls this “the fullness of time.”
The fullness of time is the moment when God’s purpose, God’s preparation, God’s people, and God’s timing come together perfectly.
Before that moment arrives, it may seem as though nothing is happening. But behind the scenes, God is arranging circumstances, preparing hearts, positioning people, and aligning events.
When the appointed time arrives, what took years to prepare can happen suddenly.
Consider Joseph. For years he lived as a slave and prisoner. Then one day, Pharaoh called for him. In a single day, Joseph moved from prison to the palace because his appointed time had arrived.
📖 Scripture Guidance:
“Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon.” — Genesis 41:14
Think about David. After years of waiting, hiding, and warfare, the day finally came when he was crowned king over Israel.
📖 Scripture Guidance:
“And all the elders of Israel came to the king to Hebron… and they anointed David king over Israel.” — 2 Samuel 5:3
Also, consider Jesus Christ. His birth did not happen randomly. It occurred at the exact moment God had ordained from eternity.
📖 Scripture Guidance:
“But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son.” — Galatians 4:4
This is the mystery: God’s timing may seem slow, but when His appointed moment arrives, fulfillment can happen quickly.
The same God who prepares slowly often moves suddenly.
Years of waiting can be followed by moments of acceleration. Years of sowing can be followed by a season of harvest. Years of preparation can be followed by a season of promotion.
Therefore, never mistake God’s silence for inactivity.
While you are waiting, God is working.
