 SCRIPTURE READING
“As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” — 1 Peter 4:10
“Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.” — 1 Corinthians 12:4
“
For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.” — Mark 10:45
️ MEDITATION
Every believer has received something from God that is meant to bless others. Whether it is the gift of teaching, encouragement, leadership, generosity, administration, music, craftsmanship, hospitality, wisdom, or mercy,
God never gives gifts merely for personal recognition. He gives them for service.
One of the greatest dangers in the Christian life is using God’s gifts to build our own reputation instead of building God’s Kingdom. The purpose of spiritual gifts is not to make us famous but to make us faithful servants.
The greatest example is Jesus Christ. Though He possessed all power and authority, He lived as a servant. He healed the sick, fed the hungry, washed His disciples’ feet, comforted the brokenhearted, and gave His life for the salvation of the world. His greatness was revealed through humble service.
 Scripture Guidance:
“For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister.” — Mark 10:45
Consider Bezalel. God filled him with the Holy Spirit, giving him wisdom, understanding, and exceptional skill in craftsmanship. His gift was not preaching or prophecy, but building the Tabernacle according to God’s design. His practical skills became an important part of Israel’s worship.
 Scripture Guidance:
“I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship.” — Exodus 31:3
Also, consider Dorcas (Tabitha). She used her sewing skills and generous heart to provide clothing for widows and the needy. She did not stand on a platform to preach, yet her life preached the love of Christ through acts of kindness.
 Scripture Guidance:
“This woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.” — Acts 9:36
This is the mystery: Your gift becomes meaningful when it becomes useful.
Knowledge without service produces pride.
Talent without humility produces self-promotion.
Anointing without love loses its purpose.
But when your gifts are surrendered to God, they become instruments of healing, encouragement, transformation, and hope.
God has not called everyone to stand behind a pulpit, but He has called every believer to serve faithfully wherever they are.
 KINGDOM TRUTHS
1. Every Believer Has Received a Gift: No Christian is empty-handed in the Kingdom of God.
“As every man hath received the gift…” — 1 Peter 4:10
2. Gifts Are Given to Serve Others: Your gift is a responsibility, not merely a privilege.
“Minister the same one to another.” — 1 Peter 4:10
3. Jesus Is the Perfect Example of Servanthood: Greatness in God’s Kingdom is measured by humble service.
“Whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister.” — Matthew 20:26

What gifts or abilities has God entrusted to me?
Am I using my gifts to glorify God or to seek recognition?

Forgive me for every time I have neglected or misused them.

I choose humility over self-promotion.
I will faithfully serve wherever God places me.

 ACTION POINT FOR TODAY
Identify one gift, skill, or talent God has given you. Use it today to encourage, help, teach, support, or bless someone without expecting anything in return.
 SPECIAL INSIGHT
Jesus used His power to serve.
Bezalel used his craftsmanship to build God’s sanctuary.
Dorcas used her sewing skills to care for the needy.
God is not asking, “How many gifts do you have?” He is asking, “How faithfully are you using what I have given you?”
A spiritually minded believer understands that every gift is a trust from God, every opportunity is a chance to serve, and every act of service is an act of worship.
