️ MEDITATION
Every journey with God has seasons that feel heavy. There are moments when prayer feels difficult, progress feels slow, and the future feels unclear. In those moments, the temptation to quit becomes strong.
But heaviness is not a signal to quit—it is a signal to lean on God.
Many people stop not because they are weak, but because they stopped drawing strength from the right source. God never designed you to carry life alone.
Consider Moses. At one point, the burden of leading Israel became so heavy that he cried out to God. God responded by providing support and reminding him that he was not alone in the assignment.
 Scripture Guidance:
“I am not able to bear all this people alone…” — Numbers 11:14
Also consider Elijah. After great spiritual victory, he became discouraged and wanted to quit. But God strengthened him, fed him, and restored his journey.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.” — 1 Kings 19:7
This is the mystery:
Feeling heavy does not mean you are failing—it means you need God’s strength again.
The journey becomes dangerous not when it is hard, but when you stop depending on God.
