“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” — John 10:27

“And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it.” — Isaiah 30:21

��️ MEDITATION

One of the greatest privileges of a believer is the ability to hear God’s voice.

God is not silent—He speaks.

The challenge is not that God is not speaking, but that many have not learned to recognize His voice.

Consider Samuel. As a young boy, God called him, but he did not recognize the voice at first. It took guidance from Eli for him to understand that it was God speaking.

This shows that spiritual sensitivity is developed.

Think about Elijah. God did not speak to him through the wind, earthquake, or fire—but through a still small voice.

This reveals that God’s voice is often gentle and requires attentiveness.

Also, Moses encountered God in the burning bush. God spoke clearly and gave direction, showing that He communicates purpose and instruction.

This is the mystery: God’s voice is recognized through relationship, not noise.

The more you walk with God, the more familiar His voice becomes.

Just like a child recognizes a father’s voice, believers grow to discern when God is speaking.
