 SCRIPTURE READING
“Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.” — Proverbs 22:29
“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.” — 1 Peter 5:6
️ MEDITATION
Success in God’s kingdom is never accidental—it is preceded by preparation and testing.
Before God promotes a person, He prepares them.
And preparation often comes in the form of hidden seasons, quiet growth, and unseen tests.
Consider Joseph. He received a dream of greatness, but before the palace came the pit, slavery, and prison. Each stage was not punishment—it was preparation. God was building character, discipline, and leadership in him.
Think about David. Before he wore the crown, he faced lions, bears, and Goliath. The wilderness was his training ground. His private victories qualified him for public success.
Also, Jesus Christ spent years in quiet preparation before stepping into His public ministry.
Even after that, He was tested in the wilderness before demonstrating power.
This is the mystery: God tests what He intends to trust.
Your current season may feel slow, hidden, or difficult, but it is not wasted.
God is preparing you for something greater.
KINGDOM TRUTHS ABOUT TESTING BEFORE SUCCESS
1. Preparation Precedes Promotion: God develops you before He displays you.

2. Hidden Seasons Build Character: What God does in you is more important than what He does for you.

“Seest thou a man diligent… he shall stand before kings.” — Proverbs 22:29
3. Tests Reveal Readiness: Challenges expose and refine your capacity.
