 SCRIPTURE READING
“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” — Jeremiah 33:3
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” — Proverbs 3:5–6
️ MEDITATION
One of the most important discoveries in life is not who you are, but why you are here.
Many people spend years pursuing careers, achievements, possessions, and recognition, yet still feel empty because they have not discovered God’s assignment for their lives.
Success without purpose often leads to frustration, but purpose gives meaning to every season of life.
Your assignment is the specific role God has designed for you within His greater plan. While every believer is called to love God and serve others, each person has a unique contribution to make.
Consider Moses. For eighty years, he lived without fully understanding his divine assignment. Then God met him at the burning bush and revealed his purpose—to deliver Israel from bondage.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh.” — Exodus 3:10
Think about Esther. She did not initially understand why she had been placed in the palace. However, when a crisis arose, her purpose became clear.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” — Esther 4:14
Also, Paul the Apostle discovered his assignment through an encounter with Jesus. His life was transformed from persecuting believers to preaching the Gospel across nations.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?” — Acts 9:6
This is the mystery: God often reveals purpose through relationship, obedience, and encounters.
Purpose is not usually discovered in a single moment. It unfolds as you walk with God, obey His instructions, and faithfully steward the opportunities He places before you.
Your gifts may reveal part of your purpose. Your burdens may reveal part of your purpose. Your experiences may reveal part of your purpose. Most importantly, your relationship with God reveals your purpose.
KINGDOM TRUTHS ABOUT DISCOVERING YOUR ASSIGNMENT

The Creator knows the purpose of His creation.
“Call unto me, and I will answer thee.” — Jeremiah 33:3
2. Purpose Is Often Revealed Progressively
God usually shows the next step before the entire journey.

3. Obedience Leads to Greater Clarity
The more you obey, the more God reveals.
