AUTHOR: Evang Ademola Elemo
SERIES: MIRACLES ARE REAL
 SCRIPTURE READING
“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” — Mark 9:23
“But without faith it is impossible to please him…” — Hebrews 11:6
️ MEDITATION
Faith is the hand that receives what God’s power has already made available. While God is able to do all things, He calls His children to trust Him completely. Throughout Scripture, many people experienced miracles because they chose to believe God even when circumstances suggested otherwise.
Faith is not pretending that problems do not exist. Faith is acknowledging the reality of the situation while placing greater confidence in the power and promises of God. It says, “I know what I see, but I also know who God is.”
Many people wait to see before they believe, but God’s Kingdom works differently. We believe God’s Word first, and our faith positions us to witness His mighty acts. Genuine faith rests on God’s character, not on visible evidence.
Consider The woman with the issue of blood. After suffering for twelve years and exhausting all human solutions, she believed that if she could only touch the garment of Jesus, she would be healed. Her faith moved her to action, and immediately she received her miracle.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.” — Mark 5:34
Consider Blind Bartimaeus. Though many tried to silence him, he cried out to Jesus with unwavering faith. His persistence brought him before the Master, and his sight was restored.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole.” — Mark 10:52
Above all, consider Abraham. Though his body and Sarah’s womb were as good as dead, he refused to doubt God’s promise. He remained strong in faith, giving glory to God, and in due time Isaac was born.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.” — Romans 4:21
This is the mystery:
Faith does not create God’s power—it connects you to it.
Fear magnifies the problem.
Faith magnifies God.
When your faith rests in God’s promises rather than your circumstances, you create room for His miraculous intervention.
Faith speaks hope when others speak defeat.
Faith obeys even before the miracle appears.
Faith thanks God before the answer arrives.

 REFLECTION QUESTIONS
Is my faith stronger than my fear?
What promise of God do I need to believe today?
Am I speaking words of faith or words of doubt over my situation?
 PRAYER
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of faith. Strengthen my heart to trust You beyond what I can see.
Remove every seed of doubt and unbelief from my life.
Help me to stand firmly on Your Word, knowing that You are faithful to fulfill every promise You have spoken.
Let my faith position me to experience Your miraculous power. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
 DECLARATIONS
My faith is strong in the Lord.
I believe that nothing is impossible with God.
I reject fear and embrace faith.
God’s promises will be fulfilled in my life.
I will see the manifestation of God’s miraculous power.
 ACTION POINT FOR TODAY
Choose one promise from God’s Word that relates to your present need. Read it repeatedly, pray over it, and declare it aloud throughout the day instead of focusing on your circumstances.
 SPECIAL INSIGHT
God’s power is unlimited, but unbelief often prevents people from experiencing what He desires to do.
Faith is not the absence of challenges; it is confidence that God is greater than every challenge. Believe God’s Word before you see the evidence, and trust Him to accomplish what only He can do.
