 SCRIPTURE READING
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” — Romans 8:28
“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee.” — Jeremiah 1:5
️ MEDITATION
One of the greatest truths in Scripture is that God never creates anything without a purpose. Before God provides resources, opportunities, helpers, or promotion, He establishes purpose.
Purpose is the reason for your existence. It is God’s original intention for your life. You were not born by accident, and your life is not a random event in history. Before your birth, God already had an assignment prepared for you.
Consider Jeremiah.
Before he entered the world, God had already ordained him to be a prophet to the nations. His purpose existed before his birth.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee.” — Jeremiah 1:5
Think about Noah. Before God sent the flood, He revealed Noah’s purpose and gave him a divine assignment. The provision for survival followed the revelation of purpose.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Make thee an ark of gopher wood.” — Genesis 6:14
Also, Moses received his divine assignment at the burning bush before God provided signs, miracles, and support for the mission.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh.” — Exodus 3:10
This is the mystery: God funds what He initiates.
Many people seek provision before discovering purpose, but Heaven’s order is purpose first, provision second.
When you understand God’s assignment for your life, you position yourself to receive God’s supply for that assignment.
Where there is divine purpose, there will be divine provision.
