 SCRIPTURE READING
“Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed…” — Revelation 5:5
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
“Behold, I give unto you power… over all the power of the enemy.” — Luke 10:19
️ MEDITATION
The final mystery of the lion is dominion. The lion does not live in confusion or fear—it rules within its territory. Its presence establishes order, and its voice commands respect in the animal kingdom.
In the same way, God created mankind to walk in spiritual dominion—not oppression, not defeat, not constant struggle, but authority under God’s covering.
Dominion does not mean domination over people. It means walking in alignment with God’s authority so that darkness, fear, and spiritual opposition cannot control your life.
A spiritually minded believer carries presence. When you are aligned with God, your life becomes a testimony of order, peace, and influence.
Consider David. He did not begin as a king, but he carried a kingly spirit even in the wilderness. Eventually, God elevated him to rule over Israel because he had already learned to rule over fear, rejection, and adversity.
 Scripture Guidance:
“The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed…” — Psalm 9:9
Consider Joseph. Even in slavery and prison, he carried dominion through wisdom and divine favor. When his time came, he ruled Egypt with excellence and spiritual authority.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?” — Genesis 41:38
Also consider Jesus Christ. He demonstrated perfect dominion over sickness, nature, demons, and even death. His authority was not forced—it was divine, calm, and complete.
 Scripture Guidance:
“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” — Matthew 28:18
This is the mystery: True dominion is not control over people—it is victory over spiritual limitation through God’s authority.
The lion does not chase every noise—it rules its space with confidence.
Likewise, the believer in Christ:
does not live in fear
does not submit to spiritual oppression
does not accept defeat as permanent reality
walks in authority through Christ
When you understand dominion:
fear loses influence
prayer becomes powerful
decisions become guided
life becomes aligned with God’s purpose
