 SCRIPTURE READING
“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights.” — James 1:17
“For in him we live, and move, and have our being.” — Acts 17:28
️ MEDITATION
Everything in life has a source. A river flows because it has a source. Light shines because it has a source. Life exists because it has a source.
The greatest revelation a believer can have is that God is the Source of all things. He is not merely a helper; He is the origin, sustainer, and provider of life itself.
Consider Abraham. When God called him to leave his father’s house, Abraham left behind familiar sources of security and provision. He discovered that God Himself was his Source and Provider.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country… unto a land that I will shew thee.” — Genesis 12:1
Think about Elijah. During a severe famine, God provided for him through ravens and later through a widow. The source was not the ravens or the widow—God was the Source using different channels.
 Scripture Guidance:
“I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there.” — 1 Kings 17:4
Also, David understood that promotion, protection, and victory came from God. His confidence was never in resources but in the Lord.
 Scripture Guidance:
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” — Psalm 23:1
This is the mystery: when you know the Source, you will not be controlled by the channels.
People may be used by God, but people are not your source. Jobs, businesses, ministries, and opportunities are channels.
God alone remains the Source.
When a channel changes, the Source remains unchanged.
 KINGDOM TRUTHS ABOUT THE SOURCE
1. God Is the Source of Life: Everything begins and continues through Him.
“For in him we live, and move, and have our being.” — Acts 17:28
2. Channels May Change, But the Source Never Changes: God can use different means to supply your needs.
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” — Hebrews 13:8
3. Trust the Source More Than the Resource: Faith grows when confidence is placed in God alone.
“My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19
 REFLECTION QUESTIONS
Where have I placed my trust—in God or in channels?
Do I truly believe God is my Source?
How would my faith change if I depended completely on God?
 PRAYER
Father, thank You for being my Source.
Help me trust You above every human system and resource.
Teach me to depend on You completely.
Let my confidence be rooted in Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
 DECLARATIONS
God is my Source and Sustainer.
My trust is in the Lord alone.
Every good thing in my life comes from God.
I will not fear when channels change.
The Source of my life never fails.
 ACTION POINT FOR TODAY
Take time to thank God for every blessing in your life and consciously acknowledge Him as the true Source behind it.
