 SCRIPTURE READING
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” James 1:5
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Proverbs 3:5–6
️ MEDITATION
It is one thing to possess wisdom; it is another to walk in it daily.
Divine wisdom is more than knowing what is right—it is consistently choosing God’s way, even when it is difficult.
Walking in wisdom requires a heart that listens to God, obeys His Word, and depends on the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Many of life’s greatest mistakes are not caused by a lack of intelligence but by ignoring God’s wisdom.
True wisdom produces humility, self-control, discernment, patience, and righteous living.
Consider Joseph.
When tempted by Potiphar’s wife, he chose holiness over pleasure. His wisdom protected both his relationship with God and his future destiny.
 Scripture Guidance:
“How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God? ” Genesis 39:9
Think about Daniel. Though surrounded by a culture opposed to God, he wisely remained faithful in prayer and obedience.
His consistent walk with God gave him extraordinary discernment and influence.
 Scripture Guidance:
“He kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed. ” Daniel 6:10
Also, consider Jesus Christ. When Satan tempted Him in the wilderness, Jesus answered every temptation with the Word of God. His wisdom was rooted in complete obedience to His Father.
 Scripture Guidance:
“It is written…” Matthew 4:4, 7, 10
This is the mystery: Divine wisdom is revealed through obedience.
God does not give wisdom merely to increase knowledge. He gives wisdom to transform lives.
T
he more you obey God’s Word, the more clearly you recognize His voice.
The more you recognize His voice, the wiser your decisions become.
A wise believer is not one who knows the most Scriptures, but one who faithfully lives by them.
