“He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.” — Isaiah 40:29
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.” — Isaiah 40:31
️ MEDITATION
Life has a way of draining strength. Challenges, responsibilities, disappointments, and spiritual battles can leave a person weary and exhausted.
The good news is that God never intended His children to rely on their own strength. He designed us to continually draw strength from Him—the eternal Source.
Consider Samson. His extraordinary strength was not natural; it came from God. When his connection with God was compromised, his strength departed.
His story reminds us that true strength is found in maintaining our relationship with the Source.
 Scripture Guidance:
“And he wist not that the Lord was departed from him.” — Judges 16:20
Think about David. During seasons of distress, betrayal, and warfare, he learned how to strengthen himself in the Lord. Instead of surrendering to discouragement, he returned to the Source.
 Scripture Guidance:
“But David encouraged himself in the Lord his God.” — 1 Samuel 30:6
Also, Elijah became physically and emotionally exhausted after great victories. God refreshed him, fed him, and restored his strength for the journey ahead.
 Scripture Guidance:
“Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.” — 1 Kings 19:7
This is the mystery: those who continually draw from God never run dry.
Human strength has limits, but God’s strength is limitless. When you spend time in His presence, wait upon Him, and trust Him, He renews what life has drained.
